Butterfly Scrapbook Layout

The new challenge at Addicted To Stamps is to create a project using Butterflies and Flowers.
I am hoping the spring rains end soon so we can enjoy the flowers.
For my DT project I made this scrapbook page. This will go in the album for one of my daycare kids who will be going to kindergarten in the fall.  I always like to give each child a scrapbook of their time at my daycare when the "graduate" to kindergarten.
I chose to keep the embellishments flat since it it going into a scrapbook. I found scrapbook paper with butterflies and with flowers that matched.  The stamp is from Magnolia Stamps.

Christmas Card

It's  hard to believe that it is already May.  Today's card is my DT project for
Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Extra challenge.  The theme is always Anything Christmas. Participating in the challenge each month is a great way to get a jump start on your holiday cards.
I kept this card simple since it will need to be mailed. It's free of embellishments but I think the card shape and pattern papers give enough interest.
I hope you join us in the challenge.  As always we are sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps

Christmas Card

This is my Dt card for Simply Magnolia.  Our challenge theme is to use ribbon.
I stamped Tilda with Little Snowy and the snowflakes using Pumice Stone Distress ink pad. I wasn't sure if the ink would work with the copics but everything colored up beautifully without bleeding.

7th Birthday Party Celebration at Aud Sentiments

Happy Birthday to Aud Sentiments!

I'm having a hard time believing I have been a member of Aud Sentiments DT for 7 years!!
It's been a fun 7 years. I've met lots of creative crafters and have seen so many beautiful creations.

Since it's a birthday celebration, the theme is what else but to use a birthday sentiment or the #7.
My first project is a card I made for a special young man who will be 7 years old at the end of April.  Instead of a sentiment, I decided to use the #7. The banner was created using the Celebrations Cricut cartridge.  I even found some pattern paper with the number 7.
My second project is actually two wine bottle tags I made for a friend's 60th birthday.  Her fiance suggested decorating in black.  I had to add a pop of pink and green for a little fun.

Card details:
Digi: Sassy Cheryl's
Copics
Spellbinders scalloped circle die
Spellbinders circle die
7 banner from Celebrations Cricut cartridge

Wine bottle tags:
Spellbinders label die
Spellbinders lacy circle die

Make A Wish birthday Cards

We have been celebrating birthdays for 2 weeks at daycare.
We celebrated a 4th and 6th birthday recently.

I used the same image from Mo's Digital Pencil for these cards but colored them to look more like the recipients.  I love the way they turned out.  I shared the first card last week but I wanted to show how the image looks colored with different skin and hair colors.

Happy Birthday Card

This is my DT card for Addicted To Stamps.  The challenge theme is to use a stamped image and stamped sentiment.
I searched my stash of rubber stamps and decided to use this darling called Tweet Talk from Penny Black.  Isn't she sweet?
I tried something different with this card. instead of just attaching the heart doily to the card, I decided to cut it directly from my card base.  I ran it through my big shot with the edge of the die just slightly over the end of my cutting plate so that it remained attached to the card base. If you want to learn how to create a partial die cut border, there are several videos on Youtube that will show you the technique.
The gorgeous set of papers I used for this card are from Bo Bunny's Butterfly Kisses Collection.

Card Details:
Stamp: Tweet Talk from Penny Black
Copics
Diamond Dust Stickles
Martha Stewart Branch punch
Martha Stewart butterfly punches
La La Land heart Doily die
Gina Marie Pleated Circle die
Happy Birthday Stamp

Entered in following challenges:

It's time for a new challenge at Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Extra Challenge.  It's anything Christmas goes. Entering the challenge each month is a great way to get your Christmas cards done in time for the holidays.
The adorable troll is from Bugaboo Stamps, our sponsor for the challenge.
I used Cricut Craft Room to create the Merry Christmas sentiment.  I welded the letters from the Base Camp Cricut cartridge to a Rectangular shape.
