Noel

I made another Christmas card to add to my stash.  I think I am going to have to get crafting in order to have enough for the holidays.
I made this card without 3d embellishments so that it would be easier to mail.  The stamp is from the Fall Magnolia Stamp club and I don't know the name of it but Edwin sure makes a cute Santa.

I used the sketch from Christmas Challenges

Ava Mistletoe Fairy

This is my last project as a guest designer for Seems A Little Sketchy
I have had tons of fun designing with their sketches.
The challenge this time is sponsored by Bugaboo and they graciously let me use their image Ava Mistletoe Fairy.  She is just too cute and perfect in pink.

Green Lantern Card and Pumpkin

Made this card for my son who loves The Green Lantern.
I used the oath he says for the inside sentiment

Of course, we couldn't just give him a card but we had to make the lantern too.
I used one of the pumpkins from Michaels and spray painted it green.  Instead of cutting off the top, we cut a small hole in the bottom and the light fits snug inside.  Thank way, he can turn the light on and off without having to reach inside the pumpkin

No Limits

I finally completed another scrapbook layout.
My youngest son saved his money from a summer job and bought a dirtbike last year.  These pictures were taken not long after he bought it.  He spent several weeks taking it apart, painting and replacing parts and all the decals.  When finished he sold it and bought a 4 wheeler.  The 4 wheeler is now sitting in the garage in pieces because he wants to paint and fix it up too.  I think he really just loves having projects.

No Limits:  Graphically Speaking Cricut cartridge

Storybook Challenge at Aud Sentiments

The challenge this week at Aud Sentiments is "Storybook"
For this challenge you can create any project using a storybook theme but don't forget you need a sentiment from the story or something the character might say.

For my dt card, I used Ariel Honey from Sassy Studio Designs.
For my sentiment I used lyrics from the song used in the Disney movie.  The inside of the card reads:
Wanderin' free
Wish I could be
Part of that world.

Here is the sketch I used:

Number 3

(Sorry this card is a day late.  The computer I use for all my crafty stuff crashed!  I am hoping that our repair guy can fix it fast)

This is my first card as a design team member for Creative Craft Challenges.  The challenge blog is celebrating their 3rd birthday so the challenge is to use 3 of something in your project.
I used 3 balloons, 3 sentiments and 3 gems
I colored the adorable dragon from Stamping Dragon Designs purple and then had a hard time matching papers until I went through my halloween stash.  That striped paper works great.
I hope you join us in this challenge.  Just create a project using the number 3 however you want and link it up to the challenge blog for your chance to win prizes from our fabulous sponsors

Happy Birthday

This card was made using a sketch from Seems A Little Sketchy.  It was supposed to go live earlier in the week but Blogger didn't cooperate with me.
The image is Pushing a Turtle from Digi Doodle Shop (sadly they closed at the end of September)
