Christmas Gift Card Holder

Today is a bittersweet day for me.  It is my last challenge as a designer for Sassy Studio Designs.  I decided to step down from the design team due to my work schedule.  I will still be creating with these gorgeous and sassy images and I am sure Lindsay will have even more images to wow us each month.
The Dare To Be Sassy Challenge this week is to create a holiday gift card holder.  For my dt project, I decided to make a pop up card with a spot for the gift card.  I used the sketch from Mojo Monday

Sassy Halloween Blog Hop

It's a Sassy Halloween Blog Hop!
Sassy Studio Designs has several new images in the shop today and you are going to love all of them!
If you got here from Jackie's blog you are on the right track.  If not, please start at Sassy Studio Designs so you can read about the rules and prizes for the hop.
For my project, I used the new Fortune Teller image from the shop.  Isn't she gorgeous?  All fortune tellers need crystal balls right.  I decided to decorate a clear Christmas ornament and fill it with Halloween candy.  I figure it will serve dual purpose because after halloween, it can go on the Christmas tree.

Your next stop on the hop is Kim

Don't forget to leave me a comment.  One random winner chosen from comments left on the design team member's blogs will win 2 images from the new release.

Dare to be Sassy Fall Color Challenge

The Dare to be Sassy Challenge this week at Sassy Studio Designs is to create a project using the colors red, brown and orange.  I had a hard time with these colors even though I love fall colors.  Anyway, I decided to give my Sassy Witch some Auburn hair and to dress her in orange.  The leaf gems are from Michael's.  I bought them last year and forgot about them but they are the  perfect accent to this card.  I hope you join us in this challenge.  You can link up your projects to Sassy Studio Designs for your chance to win a gift certificate to the store.

Dare To Be Sassy Sketch Challenge

It's a sketch challenge at Dare To Be Sassy Thursday.  For my design team card I used the very wicked Ursula.  She is just perfect for a Halloween card.  It was fun to color her and use BV00 and BV02 as skin tones.

Last Challenge at Digi Doodle Shop's Challenges

The Digi Doodle Shop is closing at the end of the month so this is the very last challenge for the Digi Doodle Shop's Challenges.  The past two years have been wonderful creating projects with the fabulous images Judy and her mom draw for the shop.  They are the nicest people and I am so sad that the shop will be closing.
The theme for this last challenge is ANYTHING GOES!  I decided to use one of my very favorite images from the shop for my last project.  Little Momma is just adorable!

If there are any images from the Digi Doodle Shop that you have had your eye on, hurry on over before the end of the month to purchase them.  All stamps are on sale for $1 until the store closes.  If you do buy any stamps, please them them know that I sent you by leaving my name and blog in the comments section.

Make Us Laugh At Aud Sentiments

I just love Stella from Bugaboo Stamps.  She always makes me laugh.  I decided that not only was she going to be grumpy about making a turkey for Thanksgiving but she was going to be upset about the bad dye job I gave her.  Doesn't she look funny with orange hair for the holiday?

The challenge at Aud Sentiments is to Make Us Laugh by using a funny sentiment.  Nobody does funny quite like Bugaboo Stamps so they are the perfect sponsor for the challenge.  We would love to have you join us in the challenge.  Simply create a project using a funny sentiment and link it up to the challenge blog for your chance to win some free digi images from Bugaboo.

For my card I used the sketch from the Stella Says Sketch Challenge.

Homemade Flower Challenge at Digi Doodle Shop's Challenges

The challenge this week at Digi Doodle Shop's Challenges is to use a handmade flower on your project.  The flower on my card was made with a paper punch and coffee filters.  Super easy flower that holds it's shape easily.  I used a little glossy accents on her shoes to make them look like black panent leather.  It doesn't show up well in the pic but it looks great.
The image I used is new in the Digi Doodle Shop.  It is called Flower Girl and you can find it HERE

I used the sketch from Sketches by Carly for my card.

Huge Sale at Digi Doodle Shop and Contest

I am very sad that one of my favorite Digi Stamp companies will be closing.  I have been on the design team for the Digi Doodle Shop for 2 years now and have loved every minute of my time designing with their wonderful images.
The images are all drawn by Judy and her mother and due to circumstances not of their control, they will need to be closing.
Part of their way to say goodbye to all of their loyal customers is to give everyone a chance to buy their images at a discount before the store closes.  So for this next month ALL stamps will be $1!

Judy has also announced a contest for her design team members.
I would really appreciate your help with this contest.  All you need to do is when you purchase your stamps this month put my name and blog address in the comments section.  For every stamp you buy using my name, I will receive a free image.

So if there is a Digi Doodle Shop image that you have been wanting, please go now before the store closes.  If you use put Julie from Juliescraftyspot.blogspot.com in the comments section of the store, please come back here and let me know.  I will draw one random winner from everyone who leaves me a comment saying they used my name and blog address.
The winner will receive a surprise package from me full of crafting goodies!!!
